Parish Meetings: Know the Difference
They sound identical, but they aren't.
The Annual Parish Meeting: This is a community forum for you. Held between March and June, registered electors have the legal right to speak, ask questions, and vote on village matters.
The Annual Parish Council Meeting: This is internal council business held in May to elect the Chairman and review policies. The public can observe but cannot speak.
