Residents Invited to Meet Samantha Niblett MP About Castle Way Energy Proposals

Residents who may have thoughts about the proposed Castle Way Energy development are invited to attend a meeting with Samantha Niblett MP. Further information about the Castle Way Energy proposals, including the Environmental Impact Assessment Scoping Report and Burnaston Parish Council’s formal response, is available on our Solar Energy page

Time: 5.00pm–6.00pm

Venue: Burnaston Village Hall, Main Street, Burnaston, DE65 6LG

The meeting will provide residents with an opportunity to share their thoughts about the proposals affecting Burnaston, Etwall, Egginton and the surrounding area.

Please note that the meeting is open to Samantha Niblett MP’s constituents only. Residents can check who their MP is using the UK Parliament website here.

Burnaston Village Hall has a maximum capacity of 50 people.

Security will be present as is the routine arrangements for an MP’s public meeting.
