Carl Andrew Bailey has been elected to Burnaston Parish Council following the by-election held on Thursday 30 July 2026.

Burnaston Parish Council has published guidance explaining the different roles of councillors, the Chairperson and the Parish Clerk, and how decisions are made lawfully on behalf of the community.

A poll will take place on Thursday 30 July 2026 to elect one Parish Councillor for Burnaston. Polling will be open from 7:00am to 10:00pm.

Burnaston residents are invited to take part in the upcoming Parish Councillor election, with key deadlines for nominations, voter registration, and voting set between June and July 2026.
