Residents are invited to take part in the South Derbyshire District Council consultation on the proposed modifications to the Local Plan Part 1 Review (2022–2041).
The consultation opened on Tuesday 5 May 2026 and will close at 5:00pm on Tuesday 16 June 2026.
The Local Plan helps shape future development across South Derbyshire, including housing, infrastructure, employment, transport, and environmental policies. This consultation focuses on proposed modifications to the Publication Version of the plan.
